Drop Pieces Are Final Sale.
Here's Why That's Fair.
Every drop is limited. Not as a marketing tactic — as a fact. When a drop sells out, it's done. No restock. No second run. The pieces that exist are the only ones that will ever exist.
When you return a drop piece, you don't just get your money back.
You pull a piece out of circulation that someone else was trying to get. Someone who was in the preorder window and missed their size by an hour. Someone who drove to the pop-up and watched it sell out in front of them. Someone who would have worn it, kept it, and passed it down.
Accepting that return means telling that person — the one who showed up and came up short — that their effort didn't matter.
We're not willing to do that.
That's why drop pieces are final sale. Every single time. No exceptions.
What we will do: if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — we fix it immediately. That's on us and we own it completely. Outside of that — use the size guide, DM us before you order, and make sure before you commit. We will help you get it right the first time.

Our evergreen collection — tees, basics, and permanent NUDÉ staples — is always available. No scarcity, no limited runs. Because of that we can offer a real return policy on these pieces.
If it's not right, send it back. No drama.

Items that arrive smelling like smoke, cologne, detergent, or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted. We inspect every return before processing. No exceptions.

Evergreen Returns — Step by Step

Email returns@nudeschooloffashion.com with your order number and reason for return

We confirm eligibility and send you a Return Authorization number within 2 business days
- 3
Write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the package
- 4
Ship the item back — customer covers return shipping
- 5
Once received and inspected your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Returns sent without a Return Authorization number will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your expense.
🔒 Preorder Policy
Preorders Are Commitments
When Alumni preorder a drop piece that reservation is final the moment the order is placed. Preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the production run begins.
You are reserving a limited piece from a limited run. That reservation is a commitment to the designer, to the production process, and to every other Alumni who didn't get that size.
Size changes on preorders can be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase if your requested size is still available. DM us immediately if you need to make a change.

📸 Damaged or Defective
If We Shipped It Wrong — We Fix It Fast
Drop or evergreen — if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown — that is entirely on us and we will resolve it immediately.
Don't wait. Don't wash it. Don't wear it. Document it and reach out within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
