NUDÉ was born in Dallas, Texas. If you're DFW — you're on home turf. Local orders move fast and we take care of our own.
We also do pop-ups across the DFW area regularly. Alumni get the location and time before the public ever knows we're showing up. If you want to skip shipping entirely and pick up in person — enroll and stay close.

Before Your Order Ships
Every order is processed before it ships. Here's what that timeline looks like.
- Standard OrdersProcessed within 1–3 business days
- Alumni PreordersProcessed in batch when drop production is complete
- High Volume PeriodsDrop release weeks may extend processing to 5 business days
- Order CutoffOrders placed before 12PM CST ship same day when possible
- Weekend OrdersProcessed on the next business day
During drop releases we process Alumni preorders as a priority batch before general orders. We will always communicate delays to Alumni via email before any public announcement.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via your enrolled email. Alumni tracking notifications go out before general customer notifications.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days after your ship confirmation — reach out. We'll find it.

- Address AccuracyNUDÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses — double check before you place your order
- Stolen PackagesOnce a package is marked delivered by the carrier we are not responsible for theft — file a claim with your carrier
- Holiday DelaysCarrier delays during peak holiday periods are outside our control — order early
- PO BoxesWe ship to PO Boxes via USPS standard only — no express or overnight to PO Boxes
- Refused PackagesPackages refused at delivery are subject to a $10 restocking fee before reshipment
